INSTRUCTIONS FOR ONLINE - DISTANCE LEARNING COURSE

Videos and Forms are below these Directions

You must complete the Distance Learning and obtain your certificate within 30 days of payment.

1. Choose the Distance Learning hours needed: 6 Hours or 12 Hours (with 5 hrs Radiology) or 12 - X Hours (with 5 hrs Radiology & 5 hrs Diff/Dx / MRI & 2 hrs Philos)
2. Watch the correct Videos for 6 Hrs or Watch Multiple Videos for 12 Hrs or 12-X DIFF DX MRI.....all are below
3. Complete the Correct Quiz & Evaluation Form for 6 Hours or 12 Hrs or 12-X DIFF DX MRI
4. To Verify you watched the videos, You must Complete the Quiz & Evaluation Form and then Email to ACASCEU1@gmail.com
5. Once We receive your Signed Evaluation Form, We will E-Mail your Distance Learning Certificate within 2 weeks

Once you have completed watching videos you will Scroll Down to the end of the page, and download/Print and Sign & complete the Course Quiz & Evaluation Form that corresponds to what hours you need, you have 3 options:

Option #1 for 6 Hours Distances Learning, watch 6A Tech/Ethics, OR 6X X-ray/Philosophy * then complete Quiz / Evaluation titled 6 OR 6X

Option #2 for 12 Hours Distances Learning, watch BOTH 6A Tech/Ethics, AND 6X for 5 hrs X-ray/Philosophy), - *then complete Quiz/ Evaluation titled 12 Hours - MOST COMMON

Option #3 for 12 Hours Distances Learning 12-X for 5 hrs of X-ray, 5 hrs Diff Dx/ MRI & 2 hrs Philosophy watch video 6X & all MRI 1-6 videos, * then complete Quiz /Evaluation titled 12-X DIFF DX MRI

Our Staff will assist you and get your certificate emailed asap.
